Role & Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct headhunting and directly approach passive candidates for niche, mid-level, and senior-level positions.
- Map talent across target companies and industries and build candidate pipelines.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary expectations, and role suitability.
- Pitch job opportunities and engage candidates to generate interest and improve conversions.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
- Draft and post job descriptions on relevant recruitment platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and pipeline reports.
- Handle candidate follow-ups, offer coordination, negotiation support, and joining confirmation.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and MIS.

Preferred Candidate Profile TOP PRIORITY: Candidates with experience in Staffing Firms / Recruitment Consultancies.





- 1- 2 years of hands-on recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Prior experience working with staffing companies, recruitment agencies, or HR consultancies is strongly preferred.
- Candidates who have handled multiple client requirements and recruitment mandates will be given first preference.
- Practical experience in end-to-end recruitment and lateral hiring.
- Exposure to headhunting and passive candidate sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.

Note: Candidates with only internal HR recruitment experience may be considered, but staffing firm / consultancy experience will receive the highest preference.
