Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Recruiter with Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have positive sourcing, screening, communication, and coordination skills, along with the ability to manage multiple requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to offer release and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions to assess suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates and interview panels to ensure timely feedback.
- Manage candidate communication, salary discussions, and offer negotiations.




- Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers and ATS regularly.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics, including Time to Hire and offer-to-joining ratio.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring timelines.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Any bachelor's degree.
- Experience in IT or cybersecurity recruitment is an added advantage.
