Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the company's IT infrastructure, servers, networks, operating systems, and computer systems. The candidate will ensure system security, smooth IT operations, troubleshooting, and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and computer systems.
- Manage Windows Server, Linux, and other operating systems.
- Monitor server performance, system health, and network connectivity.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
- Perform regular data backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network-related issues.
- Manage antivirus, firewalls, and system security.
- Install software updates, patches, and security upgrades.
- Maintain IT assets, licenses, and system documentation.
- Coordinate with IT vendors for technical support and maintenance.
- Provide technical assistance to employees and resolve IT issues.
- Ensure data security and system availability.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in System Administration.
- Good knowledge of Windows Server and Linux.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP).
- Experience with server backups and recovery solutions.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and IT infrastructure management.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of virtualization tools (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with firewall and network security management.
- Knowledge of IT asset management and monitoring tools.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
