Key Responsibilities
Monitor system performance, alerts, and operational activities.
Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance.
Identify and troubleshoot system issues to minimize downtime.

Coordinate with IT and engineering teams for issue resolution.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Commerce or Science.
- Candidates with a 3-year diploma may also be considered.
- Candidates must be 21 years or above.
- Hardware/Networking certifications will be an added advantage.
- Positive interpersonal skills, adaptability and ethical conduct.
