Role: System QA & Automation Specialist

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8-15 Years

Role & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute system test strategies for cloud-native applications.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and CI/CD test pipelines.
- Perform functional, integration, and system testing to ensure product quality.
- Validate upgrades, backup & restore, performance, scalability, and stability.
- Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams.
- Drive test automation and continuous quality improvements.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 8-15 years of experience in System Testing and Test Automation.
- Robust hands-on experience in Kubernetes, Python and/or Golang, and Linux.
- Experience with ClickHouse, VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus, OpenSearch, or MariaDB.
- Hands-on experience with Ginkgo and Robot Framework.
- Knowledge of OAM/OSS/EMS/NMS telecom domains.
- Experience in Upgrade, Backup & Restore, Performance, and Stability Testing.
- Exposure to Agentic AI tools is an added advantage.
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
