Role & Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, systems, and cloud environments.

- Administer and troubleshoot Linux/Ubuntu servers.

- Manage AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and services.

- Deploy and manage Docker containers and applications.

- Monitor system performance, availability, and infrastructure health.

- Configure and troubleshoot networks, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.

- Troubleshoot laptop, desktop, server, hardware, and software issues.

- Implement security, backups, disaster recovery, and redundancy.

- Perform system updates, patching, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.

- Develop scripts and automation for IT operations.

- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support.

- Maintain IT documentation, configurations, and asset records.

- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

- Monitor security incidents and support infrastructure upgrades.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in System Administration / IT Infrastructure.

- Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Ubuntu.

- Mandatory experience in AWS and Microsoft Azure.

- Practical experience with Docker and containerization.

- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, switches, and routers.

- Experience in hardware troubleshooting and server management.

- Knowledge of IT security, backups, disaster recovery, and monitoring.

- Experience with scripting, automation, and patch management.

- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support.

- Positive vendor coordination and teamwork skills.
