Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support / IT Helpdesk Engineer with 3+ years of experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining IT infrastructure. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide effective technical assistance to end users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L1/L2 technical support to employees and end users.

- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral-related issues.

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems.

- Handle Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and email-related issues.

- Perform hardware and software installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

- Troubleshoot basic LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP issues.

- Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions through Active Directory.

- Configure and troubleshoot network printers and shared drives.

- Monitor and resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs.

- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.





- Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Helpdesk Support.

- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.

- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Office 365.

- Positive understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).

- Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, laptop configuration, and peripheral devices.

- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Freshservice.

- Basic knowledge of VPN, remote desktop tools, and endpoint security.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple support requests.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and SCCM.

- Experience with IT asset management.

- Basic understanding of Windows Server and endpoint management.
