- P4 - Principal Cybersecurity Engineer - Zscaler SWG (Secure Web Gateway)

- General Duties

- Administer the Global Secure Web Gateway (Zscaler ZIA)

- Ensure systems have up to date sensors

- Work with partner teams to update sensors when necessary

- Create and maintain Web Security Policies

- Maintain Identity integrations and RBAC management

- Complete exception requests for Cloud Storage

- Complete exception requests for AI Applications

- Work with customers to resolve issues with web site access





- Work with partner teams to establish IP Sec Tunnels / Cloud Connectors

- Monitor, Report, and generate Analytics and metrics for management

- Must have skills:

- ZIA administration and policy management

- Advanced networking (DNS, routing, proxy technologies)

- SSL/TLS inspection expertise

- Entra ID / SAML / SCIM integrations

- Cloud and SaaS security governance

- Security log analysis and threat investigations

- API and scripting automation

- Risk-based security decision making

- Technical leadership and stakeholder communication

Mandatory Skills: Zscaler Web Security .
