We are looking for an experienced and meticulous Surveyor to join our technical team and lead our critical site measurement and mapping operations.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years of field experience to conduct precise land, structural, and utility surveys. The ideal candidate will take ownership of site data collection, spatial analysis, and technical drafting to ensure our construction layouts are executed flawlessly. You will work closely with project managers and site engineers to translate on-ground realities into actionable AutoCAD drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Surveying: Execute highly accurate topographic, cadastral, and contour surveys for new and ongoing construction sites.
- Underground Mapping: Conduct detailed underground surveys to identify, map, and document existing utilities, foundations, and subterranean structures before excavation or construction.
- Equipment Operation: Set up, calibrate, and operate advanced surveying instruments, specifically Total Station (TS) and Differential Global Positioning Systems (DGPS).
- Data Processing & Drafting: Download and process field data, converting raw measurements into precise 2D and 3D drawings, site plans,



and digital terrain models using AutoCAD.
- Boundary & Cadastral Checks: Establish exact property boundaries, right-of-ways, and legal land divisions in compliance with local regulations.
- Site Collaboration: Establish reference points, benchmarks, and elevation grades for the construction team, ensuring all physical works align perfectly with approved structural plans.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed logs, survey reports, and documentation for internal review and compliance purposes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven, hands-on experience in land and construction surveying.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level command over Total Station (TS) and DGPS equipment.
- Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with other civil design or GIS software is a strong advantage.
- Domain Expertise: Extensive practical background in executing cadastral, contour, and underground surveys.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or a related technical field.
- Attributes: Exceptional analytical skills, close attention to spatial detail, and the ability to manage fieldwork independently under varying site conditions.
