- Visiting Customers site for inspection and preparing site inspection report.
- Responsible for ensuring proper and timely installation of systems and devices for businesses customers.
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
- Need to have a solid understanding of the products and services we support, as well as the tools and platforms we use.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup, hardware and software issues or network connectivity and configuration.
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams ( to Technical Support Head) • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their AV / VC systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports.
- Maintain Cordial relationships with clients.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
