- Oversee and coordinate multi-location hotel operations based out of Pune, with regular on-site visits to Goa for direct supervision and management.

- Drive expansion initiatives by identifying new property opportunities and maintaining strong, active relationships with property owners and local stakeholders.

- Ensure strict compliance with hotel policies and statutory requirements, managing timely renewals of agreements, NOCs, licenses, and official documentation.

- Maintain guest service excellence across front office, reservations, food & beverage, and room service while efficiently resolving complaints and operational issues.

- Coordinate external vendor/contractor services, prepare comprehensive operational reports, and follow up on key administrative tasks for executive management.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

- If the candidate will be based in Pune and must coordinate hotel operations from Pune. Regular visits to Goa are mandatory for in office supervision, property owner relations, expansion initiatives, inspections, and operational work.

Candidates from Goa will be more preferrred.
