Experience: 5–10 years preferred | Holiday package sales

Role objective

Lead a team of 10 Journey Advisors and take ownership of product knowledge, sales consultation, advisor capability, booking closures and team sales targets. The SME must have first-hand experience selling holiday packages, preferably Europe GIT or FIT, and must be able to coach advisors through real customer conversations and close high-intent opportunities.

Key roles and responsibilities

● Team target ownership: Manage 10 Journey Advisors and deliver the team's monthly booking and revenue targets.

● Product expertise: Build strong knowledge of ORN's Europe products, itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, hotels, coaches, sightseeing, visa processes and pricing.

● Sales coaching: Coach advisors on customer discovery, itinerary matching, objection handling, value selling, negotiation and closing.

● Live deal support: Join important customer calls, help resolve objections, guide pricing discussions and support high-intent leads.

● Advisor development: Train freshers, general sales candidates and advisors moving from other destinations into Europe.

● Pipeline conversion: Review engaged,



follow-up and will-book customers with each advisor; prioritize leads with firm travel dates and likely booking dates.

● Booking quality: Ensure customers understand inclusions, terms, payment schedules, visa requirements and the actual holiday experience.

● Target recovery: Identify individual performance gaps and conduct daily coaching and structured improvement plans.

● Product feedback: Share customer objections, lost-sale reasons and destination demand with the Product and Pricing teams.

Experience and qualification

Experience : 5–10 years in holiday package sales

Minimum relevant experience : Demonstrated direct sales of international holiday packages

Preferred expertise : Europe GIT/FIT; Asia or other long-haul destinations also acceptable

Leadership : Experience coaching or managing a team is preferred

Qualification : Graduate preferred; relevant sales track record is essential

Skills : Destination knowledge, consultative selling, objection handling and closure management

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
