This role involves guiding students through country selection (such as the UK, Europe, Australia, and Canada), university shortlisting, course identification, application submissions, scholarship exploration, and visa processing. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of global education systems, and a student-first approach to help candidates build a secure future.Key Responsibilities

- Student Advisory &
- Profile Evaluation:

Assess students' academic backgrounds, financial capabilities, and career goals to recommend the most suitable international destinations, universities, and programs.

- End-to-End Application Management: Guide students through filling out applications, drafting compelling Statement of Purpose (SOP) documents, securing Letters of Recommendation (LORs), and organizing transcripts.

- Scholarship &

- Financial Guidance:

Inform students about available institutional or government scholarships (e.g., for major university intakes) and criteria for financial aid.

- Visa Assistance: Provide updated,



accurate guidance on student visa documentation, financial requirements, and mock visa interview preparation to minimize rejection risks.

- Test Preparation Advisory: Counsel students on necessary English proficiency benchmarks (such as IELTS or TOEFL) and institutional standardized test expectations.

- Marketing &

- Promotional Support:

Collaborate on building engaging educational captions, informational posters, or digital campaigns to highlight program benefits, country pathways, and upcoming intakes.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as an overseas education counsellor, student advisor, or a similar role within a consultancy setup.

- Knowledge Base: Deep familiarity with international intakes (e.g., January and September cycles), visa pathways, and global university compliance standards.

- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, public speaking, and active listening capabilities, with a robust ability to build rapport and handle student anxieties professionally.

- Tools: Proficiency in operating student management portals, CRM software, graphic design applications (like Canva for basic flyers/notices), and basic office suites.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
