Job Summary

- MVTM Engineering Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Structural Design Engineer to join its engineering team. The selected candidate will be responsible for structural analysis, design, detailing and preparation of technical documentation for various infrastructure projects, including bridges, tunnels, railways and other major civil engineering structures.
- The position will be based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, with deployment to Nepal as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures.
- Carry out structural design and analysis of bridges, foundations, retaining structures and other infrastructure components.
- Develop structural models and perform analysis using STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE and SAP2000.
- Prepare structural design calculations, design reports, technical specifications and drawings.
- Review and verify structural drawings, design documents and engineering deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Indian Standard Codes (IS Codes), design specifications and applicable engineering standards.
- Coordinate with geotechnical, civil, architectural and other multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Provide technical support during project execution and resolve site-related structural design issues.
- Participate in technical discussions, design reviews and client coordination meetings.
- Ensure timely completion and quality of all assigned engineering deliverables.

Required Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- M.Tech / M.E. in Structural Engineering.




- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in structural analysis and design.
- Experience in infrastructure, transportation or heavy civil engineering projects will be preferred.

Required Technical Skills
- Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000 and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of RCC and structural steel design.
- Good understanding of foundation design, structural detailing and analysis.
- Knowledge of relevant IS Codes and structural design standards.
- Ability to prepare structural calculations, reports and technical drawings.
- Positive analytical, problem-solving and technical documentation skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in bridge, tunnel, railway or other infrastructure projects.
- Ability to independently handle structural design assignments.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and relocate to Nepal for project deployment.
- Ability to work under project deadlines and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
