Role Summary

Responsible for preparing structural drawings, 3D models, and design documentation for various projects. Collaborates with engineers and project teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

What Youll Do

- Prepare detailed structural drawings, layouts, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, or similar design software
- Develop and modify structural models based on engineering calculations and project specifications
- Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and MEP teams to ensure design accuracy and integration
- Review project requirements, technical specifications, and design standards
- Assist in the preparation of design reports, material take-offs, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate necessary revisions
- Support project teams during construction by providing drawing clarifications and technical assistance





What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in structural design and drafting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and at least one structural modeling software such as Revit Structure, Tekla Structures, STAAD.Pro, or ETABS
- Understanding of structural design principles, construction methods, and engineering standards
- Ability to interpret engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Valuable to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience working on residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination processes
- Familiarity with international and local building codes
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
