Key Responsibilities

- Lead and deliver consulting-style assignments across strategy, transformation, operations, and digital initiatives.

- Structure complex business problems and develop data-backed recommendations for senior stakeholders.

- Drive AI-enabled business use cases, identifying automation, analytics, and intelligent process opportunities.

- Own end-to-end project management including scope definition, planning, timelines, risk mitigation, governance, and stakeholder alignment.

- Develop high-quality executive presentations, reports, business cases, and proposals.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure delivery excellence.

- Track KPIs, impact metrics, and ensure measurable business outcomes.

Required Experience & SkillsExperience & Pedigree

- 5-7years of experience with top-tier or well-regarded consulting firms (management,



strategy, digital, or technology consulting).

- Experience working on enterprise-scale transformation or digital projects.

- Strong academic background from reputed institutions.
