Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Professional to manage Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Operations, and Procurement Governance. The role involves handling procurement of Skilled Services, Consulting, Audit Services, Banking Tools, IT Services, and Technical Manpower, while ensuring compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including RFP/RFQ, vendor selection, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.
- Handle sourcing of Professional Services, Consulting, Audit Services, Banking Tools, and Technical Manpower.
- Ensure procurement governance, policy adherence, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
- Manage vendor onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, and performance evaluation.
- Oversee contract management, renewals, and agreement repository.
- Coordinate internal/external procurement audits and closure of audit observations.
- Drive spend analysis,



cost optimization, procurement MIS, and management reporting.
- Coordinate with Business, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams.
- Identify process improvement and procurement automation opportunities.

Mandatory Requirements

- 10-15 years of overall experience, with minimum 8 years in Procurement / Strategic Sourcing / Procurement Governance.
- Strong experience in Professional Services, Consulting Services, Audit Services, Banking Tools / IT Services, and Technical Manpower Procurement.
- Hands-on experience in Procurement Governance, Compliance, Vendor Due Diligence, Contract Management, and Procurement Audits.
- Strong knowledge of SCM policies, procurement processes, DOA, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in RFP/RFQ management, commercial negotiations, and vendor management.
- Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, and Procurement MIS.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
