Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented professional to drive business growth, establish strategic partnerships, and strengthen relationships with educational institutions, IVF centres, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. The candidate will be responsible for institutional outreach, student admissions, healthcare partnerships, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain partnerships with colleges, IVF centres, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
- Conduct college visits, organize seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions on infertility, reproductive health, and career opportunities in the fertility sector.
- Promote MOMSOON Academy's academic programmes, internship opportunities, and training initiatives to prospective students.
- Develop professional relationships with IVF centres and explore opportunities for service collaborations, case referrals, recruitment support, and other business requirements.
- Generate student enquiries, drive admissions, and coordinate with the admissions team to improve enrolments.
- Manage institutional meetings,



business development activities, follow-ups, and partnership coordination.
- Maintain admission records, track business development activities, and prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Identify new growth opportunities and work towards achieving assigned business and admission targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a relevant field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Healthcare Partnerships, Institutional Relations, or Education Sector Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently conduct meetings, presentations, seminars, and workshops.
- Strong networking, coordination, and business development abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Willingness to travel for institutional visits and client meetings.

Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in healthcare, hospital, IVF, or educational institutional partnerships will be given preference. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
