Trove is looking for an organised, hands-on Store & Operations Manager to manage inventory, dispatches and daily production flow across our swimwear and resortwear collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory of finished garments, fabrics, trims and packaging materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records by SKU, size, colour and location, with regular physical stock checks.
- Handle Shopify, marketplace and boutique dispatches, ensuring correct products, quality checks, packing and timely handover to couriers.
- Track deliveries, returns and exchanges, and reconcile stock movements.
- Prepare daily work orders and coordinate with the master, tailors and vendors to meet production deadlines.
- Track each order from raw material availability through cutting, stitching, finishing and dispatch.
- Prioritise customer orders, custom orders and stock replenishment with the team.
- Flag shortages, production delays and quality issues promptly.
- Keep the store,
stockroom and dispatch area organised.
- Share a daily update on production progress, pending orders, dispatches and stock requirements.
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion operations, inventory, dispatches or production coordination.
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets; Shopify and marketplace experience preferred.
- Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail and clear communication.
- Able to take ownership and coordinate multiple tasks in a quick-moving team.
- Knowledge of garment production is an advantage.
