Hiring: Store Manager – Garment Retail

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 CTC per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 9:30 PM

Weekly Off: One day per week

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager with a strong background in garment retail. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, driving sales, handling inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

The candidate must have experience managing a team of 20–25 employees and handling overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the garment retail store.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 20–25 employees.
- Monitor daily sales and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Manage staff attendance, scheduling, discipline, and productivity.
- Handle inventory management, stock availability, and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and stock movement.
- Maintain product displays, visual merchandising, and store housekeeping.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports using MS Excel.




- Coordinate with management regarding store performance and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the implementation of CRM-based store operations

Required Skills

- Strong experience in garment retail store management.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of sales operations, inventory, billing, and merchandising.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong customer-handling and communication skills.
- Practical problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven retail setting.
- Familiarity with CRM or retail management software will be an advantage.

Candidate Requirements

- 7–8 years of experience in garment or lifestyle retail.
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Senior Store Supervisor.
- Proven experience handling a team of 20–25 employees.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
- Must be comfortable with the specified working hours and weekly-off arrangement.
