Key Responsibilities

- PL Responsibility: Oversee the branch s financial performance, manage operational budgets, control expenses, and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Training Culture: Foster a positive, goal-oriented team environment; organize continuous training on product knowledge,



sales techniques, and customer service.

- Customer Service Sales Strategy
- Customer Retention: Build strong local customer relationships, resolve high-level customer complaints promptly, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Local Marketing Business Growth: Implement local marketing initiatives, promotional events, and proactive community engagement strategies to drive walk-in traffic and expand client reach.
- Inventory Asset Control: Conduct regular stock audits, monitor shrinkage/loss prevention, and coordinate with supply chain teams for timely inventory replenishment.
