We are looking for a versatile, proactive Store In-Charge to manage daily operations at our women’s ethnic wear store. You will handle sales, customer service, billing, inventory, and staff leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Styling: Greet customers, offer styling/fabric advice for ethnic wear, and drive sales targets.

- Billing & Computer Work: Manage POS billing system, daily cash reconciliations, and basic Excel/sales reporting.

- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, track popular designs, and handle stock intake/returns.

- Team Leadership: Supervise floor staff, assign daily duties, and maintain store discipline.

- Floor Upkeep: Ensure clean displays, proper mannequin styling, and stock organization.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 2+ years in retail (women’s apparel preferred).

- Skills: POS/computer literacy, solid sales instincts, and sharp problem-solving ability.

- Leadership: Responsible, reliable, and capable of managing team dynamics.

- Languages: Fluent in [English/Hindi].

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
