Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations, including material receipt, storage, issue and dispatch.

- Handle inward and outward material documentation.

- Maintain inventory records of raw materials, consumables, spare parts and finished goods.

- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices and delivery challans.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Dispatch departments for material requirements.

- Ensure proper material identification, labelling, storage and traceability.

- Monitor stock levels and maintain minimum and maximum inventory.

- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and stock reconciliation.

- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue slips, stock registers and other store records.

- Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) practices wherever applicable.

- Update inventory transactions in ERP / SAP.





- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards in the store department.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: Diploma / B.Com / BBA / Graduate.

- Experience: 2–5 years in Store / Inventory Management in a manufacturing industry.

- Knowledge of inventory control, material handling and stock reconciliation.

- Experience in ERP / SAP is preferred.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

- Valuable coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Industry

Automobile, Engineering, Steel, Metal, Tube Manufacturing or other manufacturing industries.
