Designation: Store Executive

Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred)

Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical or relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

1. Material Knowledge

- Good knowledge of various steel grades used in valve and engineering industries.
- Knowledge of fasteners, including bolts, nuts, studs and screws.
- Knowledge of industrial gaskets, sizes and specifications.
- Ability to identify and verify materials as per Purchase Orders and BOM.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

- Maintain stock records of raw materials, fasteners and industrial gaskets.
- Monitor stock availability and maintain minimum stock levels.
- Maintain inward and outward material records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Ensure proper storage and identification of materials.

3. Material Issuance as per BOM

- Issue materials to the Assembly / Production Department strictly as per approved BOM.
- Verify material specifications, sizes and quantities before issuance.
- Maintain material issue and return records.
- Ensure proper material identification and traceability.

4. Local Purchase & Procurement Support

- Coordinate with local suppliers for urgent material requirements.
- Obtain quotations and compare supplier prices.




- Assist the Purchase Department in procurement activities.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely material delivery.

5. Shortage List & Reorder Management

- Prepare daily / weekly material shortage lists.
- Identify shortages based on BOM and production requirements.
- Highlight urgent material requirements to the Purchase Department.
- Prepare reorder lists to avoid production delays.

6. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain GRN, material issue slips and stock registers.
- Prepare daily stock and shortage reports.
- Maintain inventory records in MS Excel / ERP.
- Coordinate with Assembly, Production and Purchase Departments.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of steel grades.
- Knowledge of bolts, nuts, studs, fasteners and industrial gaskets.
- Understanding of BOM and material specifications.
- Good inventory and store management skills.
- Knowledge of local purchasing and supplier coordination.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
