The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Indian and international financial markets, practical trading experience, and the ability to explain complex market concepts in a simple and understandable manner. The candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing learning materials, generating business opportunities, and supporting the company's financial market education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities - Conduct training sessions on stock market fundamentals, technical analysis, fundamental analysis, and trading strategies.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Indian stock markets, including NSE and BSE, as well as relevant international financial markets.
- Explain concepts related to equities, derivatives, futures and options, commodities, currencies, and other financial instruments.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and practical learning modules for beginners and experienced learners.
- Conduct online and offline training sessions, workshops, webinars, and educational programmes.
- Analyse market trends, price movements, charts, and relevant financial news for educational purposes.
- Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert suitable business opportunities into enrolments for the company's training programmes.
- Contact prospective clients, explain programme benefits,



and follow up with interested participants.
- Build relationships with colleges, educational institutions, corporate organisations, and other potential partners.
- Support the company's marketing initiatives by contributing to educational content, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Maintain records of training activities, prospective clients, follow-ups, and business development activities.
- Ensure that all market-related training and communication are responsible, transparent, and compliant with applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

- Relevant certifications in financial markets, securities, or trading will be an added advantage.
- Strong practical knowledge of stock markets and financial instruments.
- Good understanding of technical analysis, fundamental analysis, market indicators, and risk management.

Experience Required - Prior experience in stock market trading, financial market training, investment research, or a related field is essential.

- Experience with both Indian and international financial markets will be highly preferred.
- Candidates with experience in financial education,



client acquisition, sales, or business development will have an added advantage.
