Location: Sambodhi Retreat, Bodh Gaya, Bihar

Job Summary:

We are looking for a courteous and customer-oriented Steward to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and assist them with seating.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages professionally.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery.
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely.
- Follow hygiene, cleanliness and service standards.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10th/12th pass preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant service preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
