Key Responsibilities

- Wash, sanitize, and store crockery, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils

- Operate the dishwashing machine and follow chemical-use and dilution guidelines

- Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, walls, drains, equipment, and storage areas

- Set up and transparent service stations, buffets, and tables as required

- Segregate and dispose of waste (wet/dry/recyclable) as per hygiene standards

- Receive, transport, and store supplies; assist with inventory and stock rotation

- Report breakages, shortages, and equipment faults promptly

- Follow HACCP, FSSAI, and fire and safety protocols

- Support banquets, events, and peak-hour service when needed

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 8th/10th pass; hotel management certificate is a plus

- 0-2 years in a restaurant, hotel, or catering setup (freshers welcome)
