Key Responsibilities:

- Drive state-level business growth, revenue, and enrollment targets.
- Develop strategic partnerships with schools, government bodies, and educational institutions.
- Lead regional teams and ensure smooth operational execution.
- Expand B2B school programs and teacher training initiatives.
- Identify recent business opportunities and strengthen institutional relationships.
- Monitor performance, achieve expansion goals, and ensure program implementation.

What We're Looking For:

- Graduate/Postgraduate qualification (MBA preferred).
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in Sales, Operations, or Education Program Management.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and institutional networking skills.
- Experience in the Ed-Tech, Education, or Skill Development ecosystem.
