Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and monitor patients' health conditions.
- Assist doctors during consultations and clinical procedures.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including BP, pulse, temperature, and oxygen levels.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist in IVF procedures, OPU, Embryo Transfer (ET), and other fertility-related procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure proper infection control, hygiene, and sterilization practices.
- Prepare patients for procedures and provide pre- and post-procedure care.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality.
