Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse (Fresher) – Day Care is responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients admitted for short-term procedures and treatments. The nurse will assist doctors, monitor patients during pre- and post-procedure periods, and ensure protected discharge within the same day.

Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM / Diploma in Nursing

Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates

Department: IVF / Fertility Centre

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist doctors during IVF procedures and fertility treatments.
- Provide nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatment.
- Monitor patients before and after procedures.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- Assist in IUI, IVF, and other fertility-related procedures.
- Maintain patient records and treatment documentation.
- Educate patients about treatment protocols and medications.
- Ensure proper infection control and patient safety.

Eligibility Criteria:





- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM / Diploma in Nursing.
- IVF or fertility centre experience preferred.
- Freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required

Working Hours:

- Working days as per hospital policy.
- Rotational weekly off.
