We are looking for an experienced Sr. Visa Counsellor to guide clients through overseas employment visa opportunities, eligibility assessments, documentation, and application procedures. The candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end assistance, ensuring accurate applications, and delivering excellent client support throughout the visa process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and clients regarding European study, work, tourist, visitor, and other visa opportunities.

- Possess good knowledge of European countries, visa categories, immigration policies, and application procedures.

- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable European countries and visa options based on eligibility.

- Guide clients through documentation, application filing, embassy appointments, and visa processing.

- Provide guidance on financial requirements, accommodation, travel documentation, and visa interview preparation.

- Stay updated with changing European immigration rules, visa policies, and embassy guidelines.

- Handle client queries, follow-ups, and complex visa cases professionally.





- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely application processing.

- Achieve assigned counselling and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Europe visa counselling or immigration.

- Strong knowledge of European visa procedures and country-specific immigration requirements.

- Understanding of European Study, Work and Visitor visa categories.

- Excellent communication, counselling and client-handling skills.

- Strong documentation, coordination and problem-solving abilities.

- Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
