Role Description The Sr. AI/ML Engineer at EduRun Careers will design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions to solve complex business problems. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing models, performing data analysis, implementing pattern recognition and neural network architectures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and systems.

The role involves working with large datasets, improving algorithmic performance, and ensuring models are scalable, reliable, and maintainable. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru,



requiring close coordination with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, with experience in designing efficient, scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in Statistics and Pattern Recognition for building robust, data-driven models and analytical frameworks.
- 5+ years of expertise with AI/ML, Neural Networks, including deep learning architectures and frameworks.
- Experience with programming languages commonly used in AI/ML (such as Python, R, or Java) and ML libraries (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn).
- Background in data engineering or data processing, including handling large, complex datasets.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead AI/ML role, including mentoring or guiding junior team members, is highly beneficial.
