Key Responsibilities

- Design, customize, and sell international holiday packages based on client preferences, budgets, and travel requirements.

- Coordinate with international

DMCs, hotels, airlines, and travel suppliers for competitive quotations, reservations, and confirmations.

- Prepare qualified day-wise itineraries, package costing, quotations, and travel proposals

.

- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, booking conversions, and post-booking assistance.

- Assist clients with visa documentation, travel insurance, and other travel formalities

.

- Manage international tour operations, including hotel bookings, transfers, sightseeing, and activities.

- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service throughout the travel experience.





- Work towards achieving individual sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in

Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field

.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in international holiday packages, travel sales, or tour operations.

- Good knowledge of popular international destinations, travel itineraries, and visa procedures.

- Experience in package costing, itinerary preparation, and supplier coordination

.

- Strong communication skills in

English and Malayalam

.

- Good negotiation, customer handling, and sales conversion skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic travel booking systems.
