Shift: US Business Hours (06:30 PM IST - 03:30 AM IST)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance .NET-based business applications
- Build and support full-stack solutions using C#, ASP.NET/.NET Core, SQL Server, and Vue.js
- Troubleshoot production issues and investigate application incidents
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and release activities
- Collaborate with Product, QA, Support, and Engineering teams
- Support business-critical applications and database-related investigations
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Solid hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core
- Positive experience with SQL Server, including queries and troubleshooting
- Experience with Vue.js (preferred frontend technology)
- Experience supporting production or legacy applications
- Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft Azure
- Azure DevOps
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor
- Experience working in Agile development environments
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work permanent US Eastern Time business hours
- Comfortable investigating and resolving production incidents independently
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive communication skills
