Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and understand business requirements.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Develop strong product knowledge and communicate product features, benefits and applications effectively.

2. Sales and Business Development

- Identify and develop current business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.

- Visit prospective and existing customers regularly.

3. Field Sales Activities

- Conduct regular field visits to meet customers, prospective clients and project representatives.
- Arrange product presentations and explain product applications.




- Expand the customer base and strengthen the company's market presence in the assigned region.

4. Payment Follow-up

- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers for timely collection.
- Ensure payments are collected within the agreed credit period.
- Coordinate with the accounts team regarding pending dues.

5. Market Research and Reporting

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
- Identify potential business opportunities and new markets.
- Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in a similar industry or B2B sales environment will be preferred.
- Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred, if required for field visits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
