We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and a mandatory background in real estate hiring. The candidate should be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, sourcing quality candidates, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.
- Handle candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business teams.
- Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate feedback.
- Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and offer follow-ups.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and achieve recruitment targets.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Prior experience in Real Estate recruitment is mandatory.
- Robust sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment portals.
- Excellent candidate screening and interview coordination skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple job requirements simultaneously.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
