We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate should understand how to turn advertising budgets into measurable business outcomes through strategic targeting, compelling creatives, continuous optimization, and data-backed decisions.

You will work closely with the creative, content, and strategy teams to drive qualified leads, customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth for multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and ChatGPT Ads.
- Develop campaign strategies based on business objectives, target audiences, and marketing budgets.
- Manage lead generation, traffic, conversion, and sales campaigns.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improved performance.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and video concepts.
- Monitor daily advertising spends, leads, conversions, and campaign delivery.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently across campaigns and platforms.
- Stay updated with advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging performance marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must Have E-Commerce brand experience
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid advertising.




- Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Theoretical or implied experience with ChatGPT Ads.
- Understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and retargeting.
- Knowledge of key performance metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, CAC, and ROAS.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Good analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Understanding of landing pages, conversion funnels, and customer acquisition.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Valuable to Have
- Experience managing multiple client accounts or advertising budgets.
- Knowledge of TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management systems.
- Experience with conversion APIs and tracking integrations.
- Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Experience in e-commerce, D2C, lead generation, or local business campaigns.
