Designation: Sr. Manager/AVP/VP - Credit - Construction Finance

Location: Mumbai

Expereince: 3-10 years

Education: CA/MBA

Role & Responsibilities:

- Conduct preliminary screening and structuring of commercial real estate financing/Construction finance transactions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Relationship Management, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams, to deliver effective client solutions in a timely and productive manner.
- Engage with clients to understand their business models, organizational structures, and financing requirements, while addressing queries and obtaining relevant information on an ongoing basis.
- Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and due diligence, and prepare Credit & Risk Assessment Notes (CRANs) to evaluate borrower risk, transaction structure, and underlying security, along with initial credit recommendations.




- Present credit proposals to the relevant sanctioning authorities for review and approval.
- Prepare credit review and renewal reports to reassess existing credit limits, evaluate borrower performance, and identify potential credit risks and early warning signals.
- Prepare term sheets outlining the key terms and conditions of proposed financing transactions.
- Scrutinize disbursement requests to ensure compliance with sanctioned terms and conditions and applicable internal policies.
