Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of machines and plant equipment.

Handle maintenance of fabrication machinery, welding machines, cutting machines, presses, compressors, DG sets, and powder coating equipment.

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.

Maintain maintenance schedules, checklists, breakdown records, and spare-parts inventory.

Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, and vendors for timely maintenance and spare availability.

Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of powder coating line, ovens, conveyors, and related equipment.

Implement and maintain 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and safety practices in the maintenance area.

Identify recurring breakdowns and implement root-cause analysis and corrective actions.





Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements or modifications in HSG Leaser, Dardontech fusion, Amada Punching & Muratec Punching machines

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.

Lead and guide the maintenance team and allocate daily maintenance activities.

Candidate Profile

Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.

8–15 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing / fabrication industry.

Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, powder coating machinery, mechanical maintenance, 5S, TPM and Kaizen.

Experience in handling maintenance teams and plant machinery.

Positive troubleshooting, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation: 8 LPA - 12 LPA (Negotiable based on last CTC and skills)
