We are currently looking for AGM Sales - Ground Mount Solar with listed renewable energy company. Our client is a Gujarat-based renewable energy company with 25+ years of industry experience, specializing in solar EPC, rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects, captive solar plants, solar park development, installation, commissioning and O&M; services. The company has successfully delivered 85+ MW of solar projects across various sectors.

Location: Science City Road, Ahmedabad

Responsible for PAN India

Experience: 12 to 18 years

Education: Any Graduate, BE - Electrical, LLB or related

Shift Time: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Role Purpose:

Secure every government, regulatory and utility approval for GRE's solar projects in Gujarat and other states on time, and turn policy changes into business advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- GEDA: Project registration, validation and commissioning certificates under the Gujarat Renewable Energy Policy 2023.
- DISCOMs (UGVCL, DGVCL, MGVCL, PGVCL, Torrent Power): Open access and wheeling / banking agreements, meter installation and sealing and monthly energy adjustment in customer bills.
- GETCO & SLDC: Grid connectivity, bay and evacuation approvals, ABT metering,



scheduling and energy accounting.
- GERC: File and argue petitions, track tariff and open access orders, and submit comments on draft regulations (e.g. GEOA Regulations 2024 and amendments).
- CEI & GUVNL: Electrical safety approvals before charging; PPAs and tenders for Sale-to-DISCOM projects.
- Pan India: Approvals with other states' SERCs, STUs, DISCOMs and nodal agencies and inter-state connectivity with CTUIL / Grid- India where needed.
- Policy advisory: Brief management and sales on new policies, charges and incentives; model their impact on customer offers.
- Governance: Lead the liaison team, maintain a live approvals tracker, and ensure ethical, transparent conduct with every agency.
- Must have: Robust working relationships with Gujarat power-sector agencies; personal experience of GERC petitions and open access approvals.
- Knowledge: Electricity Act 2003, Electricity Rules 2005 (captive), Green Energy Open Access Rules 2022, Gujarat RE Policy 2023, GERC GEOA Regulations 2024.
