About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Corporate Finance team, responsible for handling both financial research and marketing activities. The candidate will support corporate finance assignments, identify business opportunities, develop client relationships and drive business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Finance & Financial Activities

- Conduct financial and industry research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Analyse company financial statements and business performance.
- Assist in corporate finance activities related to Equity, IPOs and fundraising.
- Prepare financial reports, presentations and research documents.
- Collect and analyse financial and market-related data.
- Support the team in ongoing corporate finance assignments.

Marketing & Business Development

- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies for Corporate Finance services.
- Identify potential clients and generate business leads.




- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain professional networks with business owners, promoters and potential clients.
- Handle client communication, explain company offerings and understand client requirements.
- Conduct outbound calls, send business introduction emails and manage follow-ups.
- Develop client relationships and support lead conversion.
- Maintain lead databases, client records and business development reports.

Requirements
- MBA in Finance or a relevant qualification.
- 2–4 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Services, Marketing or Business Development.
- Good understanding of financial concepts, Equity, IPOs and fundraising.
- Knowledge of financial statements and financial analysis.
- Robust market research and analytical skills.
- Good communication, negotiation and client management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle both financial and business development responsibilities independently.
