- Contract Management
- PO Creation
- PO Amendments
- Non-Technical (NT) Item PO Creation
- Verification of supporting documents and approvals
- Coordination with stakeholders for timely PO issuance

PR to PO for categories:

- Civil & Interior Works
- Electrical Works
- Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Decorative Elements
- Faade Works
- Indriya Elements
- Wooden Flooring
- Mannequins Glass Enclosure 2.0
- Hydraulic and MRL Lifts

Final PO amendments as per actual execution: Basis final certified MB sheets PO amendments for all above-mentioned categories, including:

- Co-ordination with Project Manager for final MB
- Co-ordination with vendor partner for invoice as per certified MB for PO amendments
- Amendments of all POs as per certified MB

Assistance in Closer of Admin and NON-technical requirements:





- Assisted in end-to-end procurement and commercial closure of various Admin and Non-Technical requirements across PAN India locations.
- Managed vendor coordination, commercial evaluation, documentation, invoice processing, compliance verification, and payment follow-up activities for multiple categories.
