Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end IT project delivery including scope, budget, timelines, resources, risks, quality, and governance.

- Manage project plans, forecasts, RAID, stakeholder reporting, and technical dependencies.

- Drive Agile/Scrum delivery, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and improve team velocity.

- Ensure compliance with SDLC, Agile practices, quality standards, security, and release processes.

- Collaborate with Business PMs, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.

- Manage complex Agile portfolios and mentor Scrum Masters and project teams.

- Support global delivery engagements and stakeholder communication.

Required Profile

- 8-10 years of Project/Program Management experience.

- Strong Life Sciences domain experience (Commercial Analytics, Patient Support Programs, LIMS, MES, R&D;, etc.).

- 2+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience.

- Experience managing Agile projects/programs and SDLC delivery.

- Solid stakeholder management, project planning, budgeting, risk management, and governance skills.

- Proficiency with project management tools and reporting.

- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
