Role & responsibilities

1. Support Category Manager to handle Group Special Initiatives like Consolidation, Spent Management, Process Improvement, Optimization, Value Engineering, etc.
2. Explore New Technologies, Current Vendors, Best Practices and Implement for Special Initiatives.

Understanding Business Requirements Service Procurement: Independently engage with user departments to understand the nature and criticality of services required, deployment model, manpower strength and skill requirements, scope of work, service deliverables, operational dependencies, service levels, statutory obligations, and performance expectations. Translate business requirements into clearly defined scopes of work, measurable deliverables, and commercially viable service procurement strategies. Identify gaps, ambiguities, and potential risks in the proposed requirements before initiating procurement.

B.Tech. / Graduation / other relevant MBA (preferred

8+ years of overall experience

5+ years of functional experience

3+ years in relevant industry

Experience of handling large value / volume of contracts
