Role & responsibilities

- Lead overall project billing, quantity verification, cost management and budget monitoring for airport development projects.

- Review, verify and certify contractor, consultant and vendor invoices, RA Bills and payment applications.

- Monitor project costs against approved budgets, identify cost variances and manage financial risks.

- Handle quantity surveying, measurement verification, progress valuation and contractor billing.

- Review variations, change orders, additional cost claims and contractual entitlements.

- Prepare cost forecasts, budget updates, cash flow reports and financial MIS dashboards.

- Drive cost optimization, value engineering and commercial efficiencies.

- Ensure contractual compliance, financial governance, documentation and audit requirements.

- Coordinate with Project Directors, Contracts, Finance, Project Controls and Construction teams.

Preferred candidate profile





- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Commerce / Finance / Construction Management or a related discipline.

- MBA Finance / Master's in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying preferred.

- Overall 1520 years of relevant experience.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in aviation / airport projects is mandatory.

- Experience in Greenfield or Brownfield airport projects preferred.

- Exposure to airport terminal buildings, airside works, landside infrastructure and utilities.

- Experience in PMC / EPC / Design-Build / Client-side project environments.

- Solid expertise in contractor billing, RA Bills, cost control, budgeting, forecasting and commercial management.

- Advanced Excel, ERP and project cost management tools knowledge.
