About the Role We are looking for an experienced finance skilled to lead the Record-to-Report (RTR) function for the Insurance business. The role involves managing month-end closing, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day Record-to-Report (RTR) operations for the insurance business.
- Manage month-end and financial closing activities within deadlines.
- Oversee preparation, review, and posting of journal entries.
- Ensure accurate account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and review financial reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Actuarial, Underwriting, and Claims.
- Lead, guide, and mentor team members.




- Monitor process performance and share regular updates with senior management.

What Are We Looking For?

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CA/CPA qualification will be an added advantage.
- 10 years of experience in Record-to-Report (RTR) within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of month-end closing, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Knowledge of insurance accounting and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with IFRS 17 and local accounting standards.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Prior experience in team management and stakeholder handling.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
