Senior Architect – Architectural Firm

Role: Senior ArchitectExperience: 5–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design and planning for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
- Develop design concepts, layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare and review architectural plans and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and design expectations.
- Supervise and guide junior architects and design team members.
- Coordinate with structural, civil, MEP, and interior design consultants.
- Ensure designs comply with building regulations and approval requirements.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and project progress.
- Review project specifications, materials, and construction details.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of drawings.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients.




- Resolve technical and design-related issues during project execution.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of architectural deliverables.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- Robust experience working with an architectural firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Strong design, planning, and visualization skills.
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
