Job Opening : Sr. Accounts Executive

Location : Shindewadi MIDC (11.5 kms from Katraj - Pune)

Experience : Min 5-6+ years in accounts.

Qualification : B. Com / M.Com

Weekly off : Thursday

We are seeking an experienced and motivated candidates to join our Finance and Account team. The candidate will play a key role in managing accounts.

Role & responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Financial Management & Reporting

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and general ledger

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

2.⁠ ⁠Billing, Receivables & Payables Management

Ensure timely invoicing and accurate billing processes

Monitor accounts receivable and drive collection efficiency

Manage vendor payments and ensure timely disbursements

Track ageing reports and control outstanding balances

3.⁠ ⁠Taxation & Statutory Compliance

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

Ensure timely filing of returns and adherence to legal requirements

Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits





Stay updated with changes in financial regulations

4.⁠ ⁠Budgeting & Financial Planning

Assist in preparation of budgets and financial forecasts

Monitor expenses against budgets and highlight variances

5.⁠ ⁠Team Management & Process Improvement

Lead and supervise the accounts team

Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to processes

Identify process gaps and implement improvements for efficiency

6.⁠ ⁠Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate with internal departments for financial requirements

Liaise with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders

Address queries related to financial transactions and compliance

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
