1. Senior Accounts (GST, Inventory & Channel Reconciliation)

Experience: 5+ years Overview: We are looking for a Senior Accounts skilled to own GST compliance across all states and keep sales, receivables and inventory reconciled across our website, marketplaces and stores, so that books close on time.

Key responsibilities:

1. GST Compliance

- Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B for all states within due dates.
- Reconcile GST returns with books monthly and quarterly.
- Prepare GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C, and handle TDS compliance and GST notices.

2. Sales and Channel Reconciliation

- Reconcile website (Shopify) orders, payments, returns and refunds order by order.
- Reconcile marketplace and store receivables, settlements and deductions with books.
- Close open items with Customer Service, Operations and Warehouse teams.

3. Inventory Accounting

- Reconcile physical stock,



ERP records and books; investigate stock differences.
- Maintain inventory valuation and support physical stock counts.

4. Closing and Reporting

- Lead month-end and year-end closing, and upload ERP data every month.
- Prepare audit schedules and assist in finalization of accounts.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting; CA Inter or CMA Inter is a plus.
- 5+ years in Finance & Accounts. Has filed GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C for multiple registrations.
- Inventory and sales channel reconciliation experience.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, lookups).
- Retail, e-commerce or D2C background preferred.
