We Are Hiring! Join Our Team as an Academic Counsellor.

Job Location: Sector 11, Panchkula

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Counsel students regarding available academic programmes and courses.
- Understand students' requirements and guide them towards suitable courses.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student records, leads and follow-ups using CRM software.
- Manage and update the CRM system regularly.
- Build positive relationships with students and provide timely assistance.
- Achieve counselling and admission-related targets.

Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.




- 2–5 years of experience in academic counselling or education sales.
- CRM knowledge and practical working experience are must.
- Solid convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple student enquiries professionally.
- Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.

Salary: Negotiable – Will be discussed during the interview.
